& Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "q5bet" refers to the online gambling platform operated at q5bet.bio, including all casino, sportsbook, and gaming services offered thereon.
2. "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is accessing the q5bet platform.
3. "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on q5bet.bio.
4. "Balance" refers to real money funds held in a Player's q5bet account, denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
5. "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional or bonus funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
6. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, deposit, withdrawal, and platform features offered by q5bet.
7. "KYC" refers to the identity verification process (Know Your Customer) required to verify a Player's identity, age, and payment methods.
8. "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions where access to q5bet's services is prohibited by applicable law.
9. "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, logos, software, content, and proprietary materials associated with q5bet.

References to "include" or "including" are non-exhaustive. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account with q5bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. q5bet enforces strict age verification and will immediately close accounts discovered to belong to underage players.
2. You are registering and playing for your own personal use, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a q5bet employee, affiliate partner, or gaming software provider whose games appear on the q5bet platform.
5. You are not registering using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
6. You have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from q5bet or from any other gambling platform where a self-exclusion or operator-imposed ban is still in effect.
7. You are not registering a second or duplicate account. Each individual is permitted exactly one q5bet account. Any previously registered q5bet account must be disclosed during re-registration.

q5bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obligated to provide reasons. Registration of an account constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all platform policies referenced herein.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. q5bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your password with any third party. q5bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain appropriate password security.

q5bet is required under its international gaming licence obligations to verify the identity, age, and payment methods of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be required at the time of registration, at any time prior to a deposit being credited, or at any other point q5bet considers appropriate in connection with its regulatory obligations.

Standard KYC documentation required at q5bet includes:

• A clear, legible photograph of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address (issued within 3 months).
• A clear, unobstructed selfie photograph for facial verification against your CNIC photograph.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your q5bet account (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered number).

q5bet processes KYC submissions within 24–48 business hours under normal circumstances. Players may continue to access the casino and sportsbook during the KYC period, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is successfully completed. q5bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for accounts with pending, incomplete, or failed KYC verification.

All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with q5bet's Privacy Policy. q5bet will never share your identity documentation with third parties except as required by its licensing obligations or applicable law.

4.1 Deposits. q5bet accepts deposits from verified Players via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the Cashier section of your q5bet account.

4.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your q5bet balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers typically appear within 5–10 minutes during banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations. q5bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make deposits on your q5bet account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Standard withdrawal processing times from q5bet's finance team are:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: 5–30 minutes after approval
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): 1–3 business days
• USDT TRC20: 30–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. q5bet is obligated under its international gaming licence to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. q5bet reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay, or decline withdrawal requests that trigger AML review protocols. Players are prohibited from using q5bet for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

4.5 Currency. All balances, bets, and transactions on q5bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) by default. Players who deposit via USDT TRC20 will have their deposit converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. q5bet does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.

4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. q5bet reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee not exceeding PKR 200 per month to dormant account balances after providing 30 days' notice to the account's registered email address.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by q5bet are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as a "no wagering" offer, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering is typically calculated as: (Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiple) = Total Amount That Must Be Wagered.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games at q5bet contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion's terms. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. q5bet employs detection systems to identify abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to arbitrage bonus offers at minimal risk (so-called "bonus whoring"), and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty promotions. q5bet reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected, and to close accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

5.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. q5bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to Players who have already claimed the promotion in good faith.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on q5bet — whether a slot, live casino table, crash game, or sports bet — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing bets. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagers placed.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on q5bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from independently tested and licensed game studios. The outcome of all RNG games is mathematically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the Player or by q5bet.

6.3 Live Casino. Live casino games are conducted by professional human dealers in purpose-built studio environments. The outcome of live casino games is governed by physical chance (actual cards, wheels, and dice) and is not computer-generated. Technical difficulties during live game sessions may result in bets being voided — in such cases, q5bet will return the voided bet amount to the Player's balance.

6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on q5bet are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. q5bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement. In-play bets are accepted at q5bet's discretion and may be suspended or restricted at any time.

6.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software error, connectivity issue, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, q5bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to affected Players. q5bet is not liable for bets placed on the basis of erroneous odds or game states caused by technical failures.

6.6 Maximum Win Limits. q5bet may apply maximum win limits per single bet, per game session, or per withdrawal. Maximum win limits applicable to specific games or promotions are disclosed in the relevant game or promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q5bet and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Registration of more than one account per individual, per household, or per device.
• Use of false, fabricated, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Money laundering — using q5bet to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage at table games, poker, or any other game format.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or performs actions on the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage or generate winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or infrastructure of the q5bet platform.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through risk-hedging strategies, matched betting, or other techniques designed to extract bonus value with minimal gambling risk.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward q5bet staff, live dealers, or other Players.
• Any activity that violates applicable law, including gambling by individuals under 21 years of age.

All content on the q5bet platform — including but not limited to the q5bet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to q5bet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the q5bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the q5bet platform; use q5bet's name, logo, or branding in any context not expressly authorised in writing by q5bet; or scrape, frame, or mirror any part of q5bet.bio on any other website or application.

Third-party game content appearing on q5bet — including game titles, imagery, and soundtracks — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is reproduced on q5bet under valid commercial licensing agreements.

q5bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. q5bet recognises that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling habits and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. All q5bet account holders have access to the following tools at any time via their account settings, without requiring interaction with q5bet support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your q5bet account. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your maximum net losses at q5bet.
• Wagering Limits: Cap the total value of bets placed per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum playing session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your q5bet account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, access to games, deposits, and promotions is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from q5bet for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the exclusion period and must be requested in writing to q5bet support.

9.2 Age Verification. q5bet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process using CNIC documentation. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

9.3 Problem Gambling. If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, please contact q5bet support immediately via live chat to activate self-exclusion or other protective measures. q5bet encourages Players to seek support from independent responsible gambling organisations where available.

10.1 q5bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While q5bet makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, no warranty is given regarding the availability or reliability of the platform at any given time.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q5bet shall not be liable to any Player for: loss of profits or gambling winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the q5bet platform; losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions; or losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate account security.

10.3 q5bet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's verified q5bet account at the time of the incident.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits q5bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.1 Suspension by q5bet. q5bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, including for the following reasons: suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions; pending KYC verification; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; receipt of a dispute or chargeback from a Player's payment provider; or regulatory compliance requirements.

11.2 Account Closure by q5bet. q5bet may permanently close a Player's account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; identity fraud or document forgery has been detected; the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; or the Player has been permanently self-excluded from the platform.

11.3 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any verified real money balance remaining will be returned to the Player's most recently verified withdrawal method within 10 business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not returned upon account closure.

11.4 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request voluntary closure of their q5bet account at any time by contacting q5bet support via live chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours and any verified real money balance is returned as described in 11.3.

12.1 If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, bonus, or any other matter related to your q5bet account, you should first contact q5bet support via the in-platform live chat. q5bet commits to acknowledging all disputes within 24 hours and providing a full investigation response within 7 business days.

12.2 If you are not satisfied with q5bet's initial dispute resolution response, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. Escalated complaints are reviewed by q5bet's Compliance team within 14 business days.

12.3 q5bet is licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting q5bet's internal dispute resolution process may refer their complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory body as specified on q5bet's licensing documentation.

12.4 All disputes must be submitted within 6 months of the event giving rise to the dispute. q5bet will not consider disputes submitted more than 6 months after the relevant event.

q5bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required for regulatory compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication at q5bet.bio/terms-conditions. Continued use of the q5bet platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The current effective version and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this page. We recommend Players review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which q5bet's international gaming licence is issued. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through q5bet's internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with q5bet's Privacy Policy and any specific game, sport, or promotion rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and q5bet with respect to the use of the q5bet platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
